WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SIGN UP?
- After completing check out you'll receive a confirmation email which contains a link to our online intake form.
- Once we receive your form, it will be reviewed and you'll be assigned a coach
- You will be invited into our app (watch your email!) to connect with your coach and set up your initial Zoom call.
- On the Zoom call your coach will identify the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, developing a plan of action to get you to those goals and coaching you every step of the way.
- You'll check in weekly with your coach to make sure that the plan is doing what it is supposed to do and to hold you accountable for your part.
Results don't happen overnight. Your coach will work closely with you to develop habits that will equate to long-term success. Often times this happens through trial and error to figure out what works best for YOU. For this reason, we ask for a 3 month commitment (paid monthly), after which you will be moved to a month-to-month basis.
