Results don't happen overnight. Your coach will work closely with you to develop habits that will equate to long-term success. Oftentimes this happens through trial and error to figure out what works best for YOU. For this reason, we ask for a minimum of a three month commitment (paid monthly), after which you will be moved to a month-to-month basis with a 30 day notice of cancellation.
